I like this pub! It has a very friendly feel to it and it almost completely lit by candlelight. Its popular with students and the staff are very friendly.

the old firehouse attic has to be exeters best little old pub with its gothic style and intimate atmosphere its as if the pub has been her forever
best pub in town great local ales home made food and great live jazz on saturdays folk musicians on sunday evenings. always busy with a friendly mix of students professionals and locals.
